Since the beginning of nuclear power plants, they become controversial in Japan like other countries. Unfortunately, development of nuclear power plants is advanced worldwide in order to reduce carbon dioxide. Currently, development of nuclear power plats is very important profit for Japanese heavy industry. As I belonged to an engineering department, I fully understand that the misery of heavy industry. I cannot blame them.
On the other hand, I think they should install small nuclear power plants as advertisements for safety of their technology. These days, every technology is available in small scales. Nuclear power plants are not exceptional.

People who agree with installation of nuclear power should install in their house. As you know, every engineer or people of electric company says, "No accident in nuclear power plants." If they said so, no one of them could not reject installation of home-size nuclear power plants.
The advancement of technology enable us to install mediam-size nuclear power plants. I once imagined such types of nuclear power plants. The reality is greater than imagination. When I heard this, I think every organization should install this system in order to suppress emission of carbon dioxide. This equipments must be terrific facility for people who love nuclear energy.

When it comes to disagreement of nuclear power plant, it is often criticized as "NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard)". I think, those contrary opinions are natural response. If opposition movements do not occur, significant amount of money must be provided to people in the area.
In my opinion, people who think nuclear power plant is necessary for society should install such comparatively small nuclear power plants in their home or companies. That must result in great promotion of nuclear energy and it may erase the strong resistance or allergy of nuclear energy.
